My First Birthday

Mum and Dad called me into the front room the other day and told me to look on the coffee table. There was a yummy cake and a card which wasn't edible. They told me they were mine as it was my Birthday and I was one year old. The card came from England and the postman delivered it on my Birthday. I also got lots of e-cards which I watch on the computer. |
I was told to sit and Mum put a silly hat on me. She then told me to stay and Dad lit the candle on the cake. Mum then took it off the table and told me to make a wish and blow out the candle. |

As you can see, Mum gave me my own piece of cake to eat. Mmmmm - this is delicious, chocolate - my favourite. |
Now that I have got my piece of cake, I can tell you that my wish did come true. I hope it comes true again tomorrow as there is still some cake left. |

(I think Mum only baked the cake coz her and Dad like it).
