Death of the Bean Bag

One day Dad went out and thought I was grown-up enough to be left with the run of the lounge room. What a mistake that was.

I snuggled up on the bean bag and tried to make myself comfy. The more I moved, the more I wore the zip down and lo and behold these white things popped out. What could I do? They were so inviting. I chased them all around the room. The more I jumped on the bag, the more they came out.

I had a wonderful time - UNTIL DAD CAME HOME! - He now reckons I have a new name. It is no longer Kain, it is Destructo Dog!

This is how he found me hiding in the kitchen

Tribute to a dear departed friend, rest in pieces.

Some other things I have destroyed recently:
A gentle nibble on the cordless phone aerial.
Half a box of Mum's favourite chocolates (I liked the soft centres).
The TV guide and other magazines.
Seedlings Mum bought to plant in the garden (they were yummy).
Mum's slippers have a few teeth marks in them.

I have now been confined to the kitchen again until I have grown up some more, or, as Dad says, until I learn how to use my brain.
