Kyle XY

The Trager family takes in boy found in the middle of a forest and, despite more than a few concerns from family members, decides he can stay. Kyle is a virtual newborn in a teenager's body and viewers soon discover he has some extraordinary abilities. A little soppy at times, but highly enjoyable.

The Vampire Diaries

One of the more successful "vampire craze" shows to make it to the small screen, this one is based on the L J Smith book series of the same name. Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) gets the hots for bloodsucking Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley), with his brother Damon (Ian Somerhalder) contributing a touch of evil. Plenty of teen drama and supernatural suspense ensues.
