The truth is out there⦠but trust no-one while trying to find it. The now familiar Mulder and Scully investigate the FBI's X-Files, which seem to contain a pattern of alien activities. Nebulous cover-ups and conspiracies, however, seem to be keeping the entire operation under wraps. Of interest to fantasy fans for its supernatural content.
Kung Fu - The Legend Continues 88 episodes (1993-97) 60m
Whereas the original Kung Fu series was a fairly straightforward drama, this continuation largely focuses on the mysticism surrounding the Shoalin priests. Set in a contemporary big-city, David Carradine is back as the original Kwai Chang Caine's grandson. He reunites with his son, a cop, and fights various incarnations of evil.
A wildly inventive remake of the 1969 cult classic, this time around private investigator Jeff Randall and his deceased partner get tangled up in all sorts of supernatural happenings. Tom Baker is superb as Marty Hopkirk's somewhat eccentric ghost-mentor. High ratings for the first 6-episodes warranted another series in 2001.
