John and Helen started hybridizing begoinas about twelve years ago. John started because there were not many begonias available to him at the time so he decided to make his own begonias. Over the last twelve years John and Helen have been hybridizing, they have produced many unusual begoinas. Many of his plants are well sort after all over the world.
