30ml Parfait Amour
30ml White creme de cacao
60ml thickened cream
ice
grated chocolate
Place ice, Parfait Amour, White creme de cacao and thickened cream in a shaker.
Shake well and strain into a champagne saucer.
Grate chocolate over the drink.
Garnish with a cherry or strawberry or cherry.
This drink invented by Michael Horn and Peter Marples (hence the name) during a new years party.
