PM Bench Tester Mk2 Have you ever wanted to tune motors on the bench, but found playing with transmitters and receivers a bit tiresome. Well here's the solution. A speed control that isn't driven by a radio, but from a simple potentiometer. General The PM Bench Tester was developed from a modified Skymaster, and will now handles currents up to 75 Amps continuous on variable power from 6V to 18Vdc (5 to 12 cells). The circuit board is now smaller (28.4 x 25.4 x 9 mm) and provides mounting holes in the corners. New Feature The PM Bench Tester is now configurable for full input out, or 7.2V from 12V supply (default setting), either switchable or semi permanent bridge on the circuit board. Features ·
High
variable current (75 Amps continuous, 120 Amps 10 seconds) ·
Large input
voltage range, 6V to 18Vdc (5 to 12 cells). ·
Very low on
resistance (~1 mW)
for minimum loss. ·
Micro
controller controlled full digital operation for reliable performance. ·
Output
block out at start up to prevent sudden motor operation. ·
Small
package · LED which shows No output, Full output & over 7.2V on 12V Input configuration. ·
