Micro Master 2

Micro Master 2 is an upgrade on the original Micro Master high current speed control for miniature model aircraft, and will handle currents in excess of 35 Amps. The original idea came about when Microchip released the smallest ever micro controller (Microchip PIC 10F series). Its size is very small, measuring 18 x 11 x 7mm and weighing less than 2 grams (without leads). It has an 800mA (1.5A peak) BEC, no brake, and a fully adjustable low battery voltage cut out, suitable for any type of battery. Go to the Micro Master Page

Skymaster 2

Skymaster 2 is the top of the line for motor mounted speed controls. Fully programmable, 95Amp continuous (guaranteed) and voltages 7 to 18V. That's a full 1.7 kW of power from a package that's only 32mm dia and 9mm thick which packs into the space behind the motor, keeping all the RF noise well away from the radio receiver. Mini Skymaster

                                                                                Skymaster user manual

Mini Skymaster was designed about the time of PM II. The program is not adjustable. MSM is designed to be attached directly to the motor, which gives a very compact unit, and keeps all the switched voltages well away from the radio. Five MSMs were made, 2 still are available. 1 MSM was fitted to an electric helicopter (minus the brake) with great success. The one shown above is used in a pusher flying wing. Multiplex Permax 600 motor, 9 x 4 propeller, draws 20 Amps stationary. MSM gets hot but not too hot. Plenty of ventilation required at this current draw.

PM Bench Tester

Here's the best piece of equipment for tuning & testing electric motors. No need for transmitters and receivers, this uses a potentiometer instead. Ideal for running in that motor or getting the most performance from your brushed motors.

The PM Bench Tester handles 75Amps continuous (guaranteed) and voltages 7 to 18V and can be run from battery or regulated power supply of appropriate voltage and current.  Go to the PM Bench Tester Page

Soft Steer Mk2

                                                                                                 user manual

Even though Soft Steer was designed for model cars, it can be used on any channel of any receiver to provide dual rate operation.

Soft Steer is a very small programmable true exponential steering module that plugs between the steering servo and the receiver. Soft Steer gives expensive radio steering to any receiver. It allows you to have the softest of steering for those minor corrections in the high speed straights, without compromising turning circle.

Programmable for amount of exponential and endpoint scaling through Power Master's signature programming sequence.
