• Training. No extensive training is required. All functions are "intuitive". This means that the program will operate in the way that you think it should. The programmer is a practicing veterinarian with no time for fancy bells and whistles that don't save time or produce income! The program was not designed to show off the skills of some whizkid computer-nerd. You do not have to study techno-babble!
  It is a mistake to designate only one person as the program operator. Imagine the chaos if that person quits! V2K is so easy to use that all practice members will be able to, and should use the program.

• Speed. As soon as a client has given their name over the phone you can have their details up on screen in front of you. Imagine how impressed your client will be when immediately on giving his name you say "and how is Willy today...he must be 8 years old now". Your screen will tell you that immediately! No client need ever feel that they are not SPECIAL at your hospital! Never again will you have to make excuses for not being able to find their card.

• Invoicing. Invoicing is so quick with V2K.Just point and click to enter items. No messy codes to remember. When finished adding items just click on TAX or GST to add the tax if required and reveal the invoice total. Click on Save and then click on Print and you are done.

• Appointments. No more messy dog-eared appointment books with crossing-outs and erasures everywhere. With V2K you can rapidly make, change and cancel appointments as often as is required with no mess!

• Reminders. Once this was a chore. V2K keeps track of reminders due for Vaccinations and Dentistries and automatically prints them for you. All you need to do is to select the date range (eg this month) and its done.
