EAGLE HEIGHTS HOLIDAY UNITS
Terms & Conditions
1.
Accommodation is subject to availability
2.
Accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on arrival date until 10
a.m. on departure date. Early check in and late check out fees apply.
3.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the
receipt. (Extra charges may apply.) Prices quoted are on a per couple basis.
Extra charges apply for twin share accommodation or extra persons. It is a
requirement of occupation of any unit that a credit card swipe be obtained in
case of any damage or excessive cleaning requirements caused during occupation.
4.
Bed and bathroom linen is provided by management. Charges apply
for replacement or extra items to be supplied.
5.
Smoking is NOT permitted in units. Failure to abide by this term will result in
a cleaning fee of $150.00.
6.
Cleaning Charges: Eagle Heights Holiday Units are not serviced
apartments, excessive cleaning charges will be applied, where cleaning staff
are left to wash or dry or put away crockery, cutlery, pots or pans that are
left by any tenant after departure (cleaning products are supplied for this
purpose) also where the unit is left in an excessively untidy state.
7.
The booking for your stay can be extended subject to room
availability. The applicable Holiday Season rate for the selected unit will be
charged for the number of extra nights stay.
8.
The booking is made in good faith but may be subject to change
beyond management control. All efforts will be made to avoid any alterations to
your booking by management.
9.
Where bookings are four nights or less in duration management
reserves the right to transfer this booking to the next best available unit
where a longer booking is taken for the original unit requested.
10.
Deposits for cancelled bookings are non-refundable under any
circumstances.
11.
No refund will be given for early departure under any
circumstances.
12.
Within 28 days of traveling, modifications or changes to your booking
cannot be made.
13.
Children aged 1 to 16 years qualify as extra persons and attract
the additional charge of $15.00 per person per night where applicable.
14.
Alterations may be made to your booking other than for the
exceptions made above. Alteration fees may apply.
15.
Altered bookings cannot extend more than 3 months from the date of
departure of the original booking. Once this date has expired the booking is
cancelled and no refund will be given.
16.
Your stay is strictly “room only”.
17.
No liability is accepted for delivery of service that is received
from the booking and no refund is available if quality of the unit, complex or
service is in dispute.
18.
Animals are not permitted on or at the complex.
19.
No responsibility is taken for occupants personal property left on
the premises.
20.
All breakages, damage or lost keys are to be reported to
management.
21.
Persons at the complex shall conduct themselves in a manner that
is not a nuisance to other occupiers. Children must be supervised at all times.
Strata Title By-Laws and Regulations must be observed.
22.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South
Wales.
