Depending on your plans for the early part of the year, there can be some delays in bringing them about. Depending on age this can mean many things to the individual. If you are 14-15, 29-30, 44-45, 59-60 and so on, you are likely to feel this planet more than most as it is bringing a transitional change into your life. If you were born on 6-8 or 13-15 September there are important lessons this year, and an added level of responsibility.
