It could be seen as a beginning of receiving or giving knowledge, or it could be a serious misunderstanding between you and a loved one. Clash of wills and differences of opinion. Neptune is still in your relationship sign of Aquarius for many years and in 2008 will oppose those born 12-19 August. This can bring a different energy into your life that could be truly wonderful and unique, spiritually beneficial; or it could bring a confused set of conditions between you and others.
