Rates for 7 Oak Beach Holiday House
Bookings must be for a minimum of 5 nights. Special rates for bookings of more than 14 nights.

Rates current at booking time will be honoured, but future rates are subject to change without notice. The rates listed here are only available from this web site. Different rates may be advertised by other booking agents.
Bookings & Deposits: To secure your booking provide a deposit of
20% of the total accommodation cost. If the deposit is not received within 7
days your booking will lapse.
The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings commencing within less than 30 days, full cost is required within
7 days.
Check-in Times: Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out
time is 10am on the day of departure. Arrangements for key collection must be
made prior to arrival.
Keys: Keys can be collected during business hours at Mermaids Wave Hairdressing,
Shop 7/43 Macrossan St Port Douglas, or elsewhere by prior arrangement. Arrival
outside business hours must be arranged in advance.
Cancellations: Bookings that are cancelled 60 days or less prior to occupancy,
and can be re-booked, will have their deposit refunded less a 12% booking and
administration fee.

Cleaning & Linen: Bookings of 7 days or less the property will be
cleaned and linen changed prior to, but not during, the stay. For bookings over
7 days the room will be cleaned and linen changed weekly. Additional cleaning
and linen changes can be arranged at an additional charge.
Property Damage: Any damage to the property or chattels caused by guests
will be charged to the guest making the booking. A security deposit may be required
on arrival. Should you find the property damaged prior to your stay, please
advise our office immediately on 4098 5760. Failure
to do so will deem you to be responsible for the condition of the property on
departure.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance as it may protect
you if you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
