God sent Jesus as a baby. He grew up and met His cousin John the Baptist at the river. Jesus was baptised. As he came out of the water, the Holy Spirit came down upon Him. Jesus told people the message from His Father in Heaven. Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead and went willingly to the Cross. He was buried, and raised again. He showed himself to people to show that he has power over life and death.

Jesus went back to Heaven and The Holy Spirit was sent to help people live the Christian life. These people in turn tell others the "Good News" about Jesus. So the Church begins to grow.

All people are born into Adam's family. God is calling people to leave their "old" life and come into a new family-The "church" or Jesus' family. People who have become Christians have put their trust in Jesus, been baptised and joined a local group of believers.

God is calling out to people. Some will not listen, some change a little bit. Only those who turn right around(repent) and accept Jesus are the ones who can face God properly.

Jesus will come again. The Christians who have died already will meet the raised Christians to go and be with God forever.

Revelation 21:3 God will sit down with His people forever.

It is really important that Aboriginal people use art forms or singing styles and language that are appropriate for them to help their countrymen hear and understand the Christian Gospel.
