THE NO DIET DIET

A normal person takes in food, (proteins, carbohydrates, fats) and this is turned into GLUCOSE (a source of energy) which flows around in the bloodstream. Within minutes, as one starts to eat, the pancreas releases INSULIN. This flows into the blood which is responsible for transporting the GLUCOSE into the cells. This enters the cells via "doorways" or "receptors" on the cells, so we feel energized and nourished. As the level of INSULIN and GLUCOSE in the blood drops in balance, the brain releases SEROTONIN which makes us feel satisfied so we stop eating. Our food has turned to GLUCOSE which has turned to ENERGY/NOURISHMENT and is immediately used by the cells. We feel satisfied, nourished and energised.

Some, (possibly most) obese people (not just a little overweight) take in food and it turns to GLUCOSE which enters the blood stream. At this point the normal mechanism breaks down. The pancreas releases a huge dose of INSULIN. This enters the blood which tries to transport the GLUCOSE to the cells. Now since high levels of glucose are very dangerous, the cell receptors close down to protect themselves and the energy/nourishment does not get into the cells.

SEVERAL TERRIBLE THINGS NOW HAPPEN.

1.     The cells remain "hungry" and "underfed."
2.     The level of insulin in the blood is way too high to trigger off the release of SEROTONIN so we get no signal to stop eating.
3.     As GLUCOSE is valuable, it is not excreted, and goes straight to the liver to be stored as fat, even if we have only eaten raw salad or fruit, it is all stored as fat.

WHAT TO DO

This condition of over INSULIN production is called HYPERINSU-LINAEMIA. It leads to constant cravings for carbohydrates, which are mostly readily available form of glucose. The sufferer is never satisfied after a meal, and often gets cravings. They will snack, leading to continual grazing.

THE CURE IS EASY

1.     Eat 2 or 3 meals ONLY during the day.
2.     1 or 2 meals are called ""Play Safe" meals and must contain NO CARBOHYDRATES IN ANY SHAPE OF FORM. (NO FRUITS, SUGAR, WINE, BREAD, FLOUR, CARROTS, AVOCADO, BROC-COLI, ETC.) A typical "Play Safe" meal could be bacon and eggs, cheese omelette, fish (no crumbs or batter) salad and meat.
3.     Enjoy ONE meal called "ANYTHING GOES." Eat or drink ANYTHING in ANY AMOUNT. Yes, EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, but there is only ONE PROVISO. From the first mouthful of food or drink which contains CARBOHYDRATES (wine, milk, coke etc.)
4.     YOU MUST STOP EATING WITHIN 60 MINUTES, because the body releases a low dose of INSULIN owing to the fact that your breakfast and lunch had no CARBOHYDRATES. The body remembers this, however about 75 minutes after starting to eat the body checks the system. If you are still eating, it releases a double dose of INSULIN, (3 doses in one meal!) and the weight gain, craving, hunger cycle starts again.

Michael's diet was developed through many hours of personal medical research. Combining the information from many sources, his personal weight loss proved its success and it is now being scientifically monitored by the Wollongong Hospital in New South Wales. He gives lectures and welcomes personal questions, knowing from first hand experience the frustration of failed weight loss diets and programs. He has tried them all. The only result was becoming worse than before. He now eats anything he wants, continues to lose weight and craving, feels stronger and much, much happier.
